6. Payment and Fees 

  • Users pay Service Providers directly. 

  • Smartseva does not charge any service fees. 

  • Payment terms are agreed upon between Users and Service Providers. 

7. Intellectual Property 

  • Users retain ownership of content submitted. 

  • Smartseva may use aggregated data for analytics and improvement. 

8. Liability and Disputes 

  • Smartseva is not liable for Service Providers' actions. 

  • Users and Service Providers resolve disputes independently. 

  • Smartseva is not responsible for appliance damage during service. 

9. Termination 

  • Users may terminate their account at any time. 

  • Smartseva reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations. 

10. Governing Law
